Being that it's still the beginning of a new year and all, it's fun, yet hard to read about everyone's progress shedding the LB's. I'm proud and excited for you all, but sometimes wish that I was in the same boat (not more than I wish/am happy to be pregnant). I just love that sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when making progress down the scale. I'm a little envious to be feeling that again.
One way I can participate and make things easier on myself is to not gain more weight than I need to with this pregnancy (while not restricting myself, FYI). Comparing my stats to pregnancy #1, I'm on the same weight gain track (comparing the first 19 weeks this time to last time), but started this pregnancy 23#'s lighter, which is hugely helpful! To put it in better perspective:
Pregnancy w/Braxton (2011)
Starting Weight: 172#'s (1/1/11 just prior to conception)
Ending Weight: 213#'s (last OB appt. on 10/11/15)
Total Gain: +41#'s

Increased activity and monitoring both my weight and what I put in my mouth is my biggest "plan of attack." I'll keep posting weekly pregnancy/activity/weight stats, which is another way to stay accountable.
Ultrasound on Friday:-) Remember it's a surprise! (Meaning we're not finding out the gender).

I think you have a great attitude going into this pregnancy - gaining an appropriate amount of weight, continuing to exercise and eat healthy and you will be so much ahead of the game with your lower starting weight this time too!
