Since being back to work (it's my 7th week back, so I've now technically been back to work longer than I was away), the exercise has fallen by the wayside, but I've managed to get my eating under control thanks to WW, Dietbet, and supportive family & friends. Don't get me wrong it wasn't too crazy before, but I had the "I'm nursing & STARVING like yesterday" thing going on, plus I wasn't too restrictive. Since I know that "abs are made in the kitchen," and the weight wasn't coming off so fast anymore, I knew it was time to get a handle on my nutrition. I'm down about 7 lbs in the last month (I started a month ago yesterday!), which I'm more than happy with. I took a little Diet Break before the DietBet started and haven't put my life on hold just because I'm trying to lose weight. We've been up to lot's of fun activities and I've just had to give and take when it comes to indulging at certain times and holding back for others. I even had 2/3rd's of a butter finger blizzard last night...mmmm....

In addition to needing to run 13.1 miles next month, I'd still like to continue to tone up. I'm not mad at myself for quitting Jillian's, "Body Revolution" with one month to go, as it just didn't fit into my schedule anymore, but I did like the results I was getting. I believe strength training in combination with some cardio is where it's at and I'd like to get back to some more structure with it. I'm just not sure how or how much I can commit to at the moment. I would like to tone this tummy especially though.
Wanna hear some good news? I can fit into my size 8 super cute jeans from Express now! Not too shabby 3 month's postpartum! I'm just 13 lbs away from my goal of 149 too, which is pretty rad. Slow progress is fine from here on out; just as long as I'm eating healthy for me & my little one, not being too restrictive, and have enough energy to keep plugging away.
